KAMLOOPS — Kamloops-Thompson Cariboo MP Cathy McLeod (second from left) joins the Honourable John Baird, Conservative Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hoist the Canadian flag at the ANAVETS Unit #290 on Thursday night, March 14, in Kamloops as RMCP Const.
